Welcome to Maruti Institute of Design. These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment, admission, and utilization of our educational services, including our physical classes, workshops, and website (https://www.marutiinstituteofdesign.com/). By registering for a course or booking a demo session with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Admission & Eligibility

  • Enrollment : Admission to any certification or professional course is subject to seat availability, submission of valid identity proof, and payment of the designated initial fee.
  • Accuracy of Information : The student or guardian must provide accurate personal details (Name, Contact Number, Qualification) during registration. Any false information may lead to the cancellation of admission.

Fee Structure & Refund Policy

  • Payment Schedule : Fees must be paid on or before the due date as specified in the student's admission receipt/installment plan.
  • Non-Refundable Policy : Fees once paid (including registration fees, token amounts, or full payment) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Late Fees : Failure to pay installments within the stipulated timeline may result in a temporary suspension from classes or a late fee fine as per the institute’s policy.

Attendance & Course Completion

  • Minimum Attendance : To be eligible for the final course completion certificate and 100% placement assistance, a minimum of 80% attendance is compulsory for both theory and practical classes.
  • Batch Timings : Students must strictly adhere to their allocated batch timings (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening). Batch transfers are subject to management approval and seat availability.

Code of Conduct & Discipline

  • Property Damage : Students are expected to handle institute property, including computer hardware, software installations, textile machinery, and interior lab equipment, with utmost care. Any intentional damage will be financially recovered from the respective student.
  • Misconduct : Any form of misbehavior, harassment, cheating during assessments, or disruption of classroom decorum with faculties or fellow students will lead to immediate rustication without any fee refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Student Artwork & Projects : All designs, digital patterns (CorelDRAW/Photoshop files), fashion garments, and interior models created by students during their course duration remain under the joint ownership of the student and Maruti Institute of Design.
  • Marketing Use : The institute reserves the right to use student portfolios, photographs, success stories, and video testimonials for marketing, social media promotions (Instagram/Facebook), and website gallery displays.

Placement Assistance Support

  • Job Support : Maruti Institute of Design provides 100% lifetime job assistance to students who successfully clear their practical projects and maintain optimal attendance.
  • Disclaimer : While we provide direct interview arrangements with Surat’s top textile companies, mills, and fashion houses, securing the job completely depends on the student’s performance, portfolio quality, and interview skills.

Limitation of Liability

  • Policy Changes : The management of Maruti Institute of Design reserves the absolute right to modify course syllabus, software modules, fee structures, or institute rules at any time without prior individual notice.
  • Jurisdiction : Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
